At Dunaway’s Chapel United Methodist Church, we give because God has first given to us. Our generosity is a faithful response to the grace we have received in Jesus Christ and a commitment to share that grace with the world. John Wesley reminds us, “Earn all you can, save all you can, give all you can.” Giving is one way we live out that calling — becoming Christ’s hands and feet in our community and beyond.
Through our shared generosity, we support ministries that embody Christ’s love, strengthen discipleship, and extend compassion to our neighbors. Every gift, no matter the size, helps us carry out the mission God has entrusted to us.
Your giving directly impacts the spiritual, emotional, and physical well‑being of children, youth, and adults in our congregation and community. Because we receive no government funding, we rely on the faithful generosity of our members and friends to sustain our ministries.
Your gifts help us:
Offer meaningful worship and discipleship opportunities
Support outreach that serves our neighbors with dignity and compassion
Maintain our church building and grounds as a welcoming space for all
Provide resources for teaching, fellowship, and spiritual growth
Simply put, your generosity helps us share God’s grace, love our neighbors, and make our world better in the name of Jesus Christ.
We welcome offerings during worship each week as part of our shared act of thanksgiving. For convenience, we also offer secure online giving, including automated contributions for those who prefer to give electronically.
Whether you give in person or online, your support strengthens the mission and ministry of Dunaway’s Chapel UMC.
Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to honor someone you love. Contributions to our Memorial Fund may be made:
In memory of a loved one
In honor of someone special
In celebration of anniversaries or significant life events
These gifts help sustain the ongoing ministry of our church while remembering those who have shaped our lives and faith.
